Lawrence H. Cohn, MD, is Virginia and James Hubbard Professor of Cardiac Surgery at Harvard Medical School's Division of Cardiac Surgery and Professor of Surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He is the Former President, American Association of Thoracic Surgeons; Former President, American College of Chest Physicians; and Former President, National Library of Medicine Board of Regents. One of the most famous cardiac surgeons in the world---recent notable highlights include a published interview in NEJM and inclusion in a documentary on the heart, which aired on PBS.

Nick Midgley, PhD, is trained as a child and adolescent psychotherapist at the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families and is a senior lecturer in the Research Department of Clinical, Educational and Health Psychology at University College London.

Karin Ensink, PhD, is a professor of child and adolescent psychology at the Université Laval in Québec, Canada, where she teaches mentalization-based treatment (MBT) and psychodynamic psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and parents.

Karin Lindqvist, MSc, is a clinical psychologist trained in MBT for children (MBT–C) and parents at the Erica Foundation, Stockholm, Sweden, where she works part time as a researcher and clinical psychologist.

Norka Malberg, PsyD, is a certified child and adolescent psychoanalyst who trained at the Anna Freud Centre in London and obtained her doctorate at University College London.. She is currently an assistant clinical professor at the Yale Child Study Center in New Haven, Connecticut, where she is also in private practice.

About the Author

Richard Webster was born and raised in New Zealand. He has been interested in the psychic world since he was nine years old. As a teenager, he became involved in hypnotism and later became a professional stage hypnotist. After school, he worked in the publishing business and purchased a bookstore. The concept of reincarnation played a significant role in his decision to become a past-life specialist. Richard has also taught psychic development classes, which are based on many of his books.

Richard's first book was published in 1972, fulfilling a childhood dream of becoming an author. Richard is now the author of over a hundred books, and is still writing today. His best-selling books include Spirit Guides & Angel Guardians and Creative Visualization for Beginners. 

Richard has appeared on several radio and TV programs in the United States and abroad including guest spots on Hard Copy, WMAQ-TV (Chicago), KTLA-TV (Los Angeles), KSTW-TV (Seattle) and the Mike and Matty Show (ABC). He currently resides in New Zealand with his wife and three children. He regularly travels the world to give lectures, workshops and to continue his research.

THIS BOOK IS A SPOOF!!!

I am an Ordained Christian Spiritualist Reverend - I was born Clairaudient; Calirvoyant; and Empathic and I am a Registered Healer. I feel Auras... I do not yet see them... but I am studied in the Aura and the Chakras.

This book has to have been written as a "Spoof" because in many areas it's renderings/teachins are truly absurd especially the hillarious excercises he has come up with... described for these poor novices to do. I had to force myself through this book and that was not easy!

As consistently more and more misinformation is given... and his "exercises" became more and more absurd.

Two real and truly educational books in this area to read would be: Change Your Aura Change Your Life by B. Martin who is a for real evolved and enlightened soul helping others... and
Auras See Them In 60 Seconds -- both available on Amazon.

The saddest part of this book for me is the fact that there are novices out there who do not know a thing
about Chakras and Auras who will believe this guy is the real deal... as you can tell ... from some of the misguided
reviews herein. As well, I am sure some of the 5 star reviews are Shills... THEY WOULD HAVE TO BE.

Very Good First Effort

I very much enjoyed this story. It’s an ‘enemies to lovers’ plot, with magic having a supporting role. The magic is in the background, used to further the main plot along, and we’re given some hints as to how this universe works, but the story is never weight down with overly long details. There are several explicit sex scenes, but in good balance with the plot.

I enjoyed the first 2/3rds of the story best, when the rivalry between the two main characters, Chase and Tristan, kept me wondering what they were going to do to each other next. Once Chase and Tristan resolved their issues, I wasn’t as interested in them anymore – it was the constant battle between the two which made things fun for me. But overall, for a first effort I thought this turned out rather well, and I’d like to read more in this universe.

Hot and sexy, Chase and Tristan almost burn the book out of your hands. Their relationship starts firey and stays that way. Push and pull, inevitably ending up in bed together. It doesn't rush and it doesn't apologize.

The only thing I'd point out is that it reads much like an Harry Potter fanfiction. This is a good story, but definitely reads as a fanfiction.
